Nitya is a Certified Professional Co-Active Coach with expertise in adult learning, organizational development, and HR initiatives. For 15 years, she built and led teams across high-growth tech startups (AppNexus, Better, Collibra), big tech (Meta), and quantitative trading (Jane Street), supporting leader and team effectiveness.

As an advisor, Nitya is passionate about fostering agile, values-driven, people-first cultures that scale. As a facilitator, her style balances challenge with psychological safety, collaboration with reflection, objectivity with empathy, and expansion with actionability — plus, the transformative power of play!

Nitya has been a host of the Leadership Arts Review podcast and an Advisory Board Member at BossmakeHer. Her insights have been featured on the BlissFULL Life, Performance Shift, Empjoyment, and Actuarial Journey podcasts.

She holds a J.D. from Harvard Law School; a B.A. in Psychology and Spanish from Rice University; and accreditations in Leadership Circle Profile, Hogan, Insights, DiSC, Myers-Briggs Type Indicator, and Situational Leadership II.

Nitya is based in New York City with her partner. She enjoys traveling the world, watching great TV, and eating delicious food. She has performed improv with Magnet Theater and concerts with Berkshire Choral International. Ask her anything!
