Nitya is a Certified Professional Co-Active Coach with expertise in adult learning, organizational development, and HR initiatives. For 15 years, she served in leadership roles across high-growth tech startups (AppNexus, Better, Collibra), big tech (Meta), and quantitive trading (Jane Street), blending her knowledge of people dynamics and complex project management with her strong commitment to business results.

As an advisor, Nitya is passionate about fostering agile, values-driven, people-first cultures that scale. As a coach and facilitator, her style balances challenge with psychological safety, collaboration with reflection, objectivity with empathy, and expansion with actionability — plus, the transformative power of play!

She holds a J.D. from Harvard Law School, a B.A. in Psychology and Spanish from Rice University, and accreditations in a variety of tools including Leadership Circle Profile, Hogan, Insights, DiSC, Myers-Briggs Type Indicator, and Situational Leadership II.
