Coaching

  • Coaching usually begins with you and your coach collaboratively defining your challenges, followed by a series of conversations in which your coach guides you towards deepening your thinking, identifying blind spots, and discovering solutions. Rather than telling you the answers, your coach will engage you in an active process whereby you tap into your own strengths and inner tools in order to make progress. Your coach may employ a variety of techniques, such as powerful questions, feedback, reflection, skill building games, mindfulness, embodied exercises, and more. Ultimately, the approach will depend on what works best for you.

  • Not at all! Despite the name, the benefits of coaching extend far beyond C-suite executives. We coach leaders at all levels of experience.

Training

  • A variety, depending on the audience. For example, for employees, we offer workshops on communication and listening, public speaking and presentation, conflict resolution, mindfulness and stress management, interviewing, and managing up. For managers, we offer workshops on feedback, effective 1:1s, delegation, crucial conversations, goal setting, and navigating change. For leaders, we offer workshops on strategic thinking, influence, agile prioritization, decision making, coaching, and leading with purpose.   • Our workshops are experiential, interactive, rigorous, and definitely not boring! We pride ourselves on instructional design that is grounded in both time-tested models and the newest thinking in the market — resulting in content that’s relevant and applicable.

  • Absolutely! We love conceiving, designing, and running large-scale summits that are both enjoyable and in furtherance of your highest priorities.
